Promotion went great! News about prices and another poem for you:)

I had a great response for my free Kindle promotion, downloads went to Canada, US, Japan, and Germany! I decided to put the price down to $.99 for Kindle versions with the purchase of a print book and then just went one better and put the price of the Kindle down to $4 and Amazon put a small discount on that price.

Here is another of the children's verse previously published in a book I did quite a while ago, back when things weren't digital and you actually could sell out of a large stack of books, which I did! I couldn't afford another printing so had to sadly refuse requests for copies. Maybe someday I can publish a collection again along with new ones and new illustrations but for now, I will share the previously published here. I don't have an illustration to share with this but thereis no illustration. This is a favorite of mine. Hope you like it.

The Scary Thing

I really wish I’d seen it, The scary thing I saw. Well, I kinda, sorta, saw it From a shadow on the wall.

It was big and scary And made a squeaky noise. It snuck all around my room And hid among my toys.

I don’t know what it was. Mom and Dad don’t think it’s real, But I know it was a monster! It’s just something that I feel.

If I had really seen it, I could tell them it was so, But for now, I’ll just believe it, ‘Cause it’s something that I know.
